Application Process


Background Checks

Intouch Insight Inc./GCS Field Research will perform a comprehensive criminal background check on all applicants to determine if they are eligible to complete work for us.

During the application process, you will be asked to upload a signed copy of the Background Verification Disclosure and Release that is provided in the application packet.

If you have had a background check completed within the last two years, you can also upload a copy of that file.


Other Required Documents

In addition to the Background Verification Disclosure and Release, you must also upload a clear digital photo or scanned image of:

  1. Your current driver's license (or other government-issued photo ID)
  2. Proof of motor vehicle insurance
  3. A recent photo of yourself; this photo should not include other individuals
